Product
a)Investors’ Discretionary Cash Account (IDCA): This is an investors’
discretionary trading account. Under this facility the clients may open their accounts
with the Company for trading of securities on cash basis. The account is to be operated
by the client on their full discretionary power.
b) Investors’ Discretionary Margin Account (IDMA):This
is also an investors’ discretionary account. Under this facility, the Company may
provide margin loan facility to its clients under Margin Rules 1999 of the Securities
and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Management decision depending on market scenario
from time to time.
c) Foreign Investment Account (FIA):
This product has been developed only for foreign institutional and individual investors.
Under this scheme any eligible foreign investor may invest in the capital market
of Bangladesh in compliance with the regulatory guidelines.
